Reiki Tradition

Reiki Tradition is a professional Reiki Training & Holistic Therapy Company who specialise in the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing. We are based at the Therapy Rooms in Springhead, Oldham, Lancashire. Our Reiki courses run frequently throughout the year.

Our Reiki journey started in Goa, India over 35 years ago. In December 2015 we became the only accredited Reiki training provider in the North West of England (Number 192212) accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

We work with all the leading Hospices and Hospitals in and around the Oldham area (Dr Kershaw’s, Springhill, Willow Woods) and the NHS (Bolton, Oldham, Salford, Wigan and Bury Renal Unit plus the Oldham Amputee support group). We also work with the Age UK (Manchester) with Dementia.

On 21st April 2018 Martin attended the NHS Working in Hospitals and Hospices Workshop. This is an accredited course led by Angie Buxton of the Sam Buxton Sun-Flower Healing Trust. The aim of the charity is to bring a Reiki practitioner to the bedside of every cancer patient in every Hospital and Hospice within the UK; this is a charity which Martin is so pleased to be part of.  In January 2020 Reiki Tradition created the Oldham Reiki Network; the aim of which is to bring together accredited, certified qualified Reiki practitioners working in and around Oldham. You can rest assured when you book a Reiki practitioner from the Oldham Reiki Network website you are in safe hands and are receiving the absolute best in Reiki healing.

If you are seeking a Reiki course either for yourself, family, friends or pets, or intending to work professionally either in a Hospital, Hospice or your own practice and require accreditation then we have the course for you. Many of our students travel long distances to attend our courses. We operate a free ‘Meet and Greet’ service from all local train and bus stations within the Manchester area for these particular students. We also work with our local Premier Inn and contact details will be provided on request. Our ‘Meet and Greet’ service includes free transport to and from the Premier Inn and your training course.
