Do I have to bring or prepare myself in advance of attending the course? No, at Reiki Tradition School of Reiki we follow the Original Eastern aspects of Reiki. We ask Students not to read nor go and search the internet about Reiki. Simply put the Western World have changed the Original System and Style for their own understanding. Doing this renders the Western World versions of Reiki useless as certain elements have been stripped away. So we always say No, as we don't want the students attending being confused on what they may have see or read. We explain the differences in full Eastern and Western on our course as we believe the students should have a full understanding.
-
I can't make and commit to a weekend course as I have commitments. Do you offer any other alternative?Yes, We offer 1-2-1 Training where you can attend a week day course. Or we can simply train at your choice of venue. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us where we will be pleased to offer our assistance thank you. info@reikitradition.me.uk

We discovered Reiki in Goa India prior to 1980 at this time Reiki was not introduced to the UK It was still rippling form its source in Japan. I was lucky simply because i saw it slowly being introduced into the UK. Upon me first seeing Reiki in Goa India i was hooked and I had to find out what this amazing energy and system was. Upon me returning to the UK my research continued and I started to attend Reiki groups that was starting to appear at this time. Its funny yet amazing but at my first encounter in Goa India I knew what I would be doing to this day. I later attended my 1st 2nd and 3rd degree master’s course by my lovely Master who I was introduced to. and December 2015 I became the only and 1st Accredited Reiki Training provider in the Northwest of England by the UK's Largest Complimentary Therapist organisation the Federation of Holistic Therapist (FHT). Moving forward I am a inspirational Speaker for the FHT I also run all the FHT Reiki courses and I am the North West Local Support Coordinator for the FHT 2022 seen me as a finalist of the prestigious award FHT Ambassador of the year. 2021 we decided to 'Stand up for Standards' and to offer to all our students both new potential and current, higher Standards we became Certified, Verified and Accredited by leading organisations in Reiki, The Complementary Health Professionals (CHP) The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Reiki Council (RC). Our phone is switched on 24/7 365 students often contact us either by Social Media, Email, Text, Phone, Messenger and WhatsApp. We also run several events throughout the year where Students can attend meet like minded people and a chance to network. Students know they can contact us any time day or night.
-
What is the difference between Online and classroom based courses? To answer this question politically correct. When we fully understand the Original System and Style of Eastern Reiki that Usui Sensei re-discovered in 1922. At this time the Japanese people tried to keep it specifically for Japan and Japanese people. they knew at this time if this got to the Western World then it would be stripped of all the elements and new systems and styles would take over. This is something we are witnessing today its happened. Reiki was always designed to be taught 'Master Present' simply because its a spiritual exchange of energy from Master to Students. Reiki was first introduced into the UK in 1980 so yes its still relatively new everything seemed to be ok for 10 years and around 1990 we started to see new Systems, Styles being created. one of the new changes happening in the last 5 years are Online Course offering Reiki at ridiculous prices as low as £20. I have to emphasize anyone training via a online course will not be able to gain insurance nor become a member of any leading organisation, federation or society which may seriously impact there business later on. Reiki has to remain classroom based.
-
How many students are on a course? At Reiki Tradition School of Reiki we believe in a more 1-2-1 environment rather than classroom based. we only allow 6 students on any course this way we are confident we are working 100% with each student and that each student has ample time practising.
-
